How often should I schedule maintenance?
Twice yearly is ideal—spring for AC and fall for heating. At minimum, annual service is essential to maintain warranties and prevent breakdowns.
What happens during a tune-up?
Our 21-point inspection includes cleaning coils, checking refrigerant, testing components, tightening connections, and optimizing performance. You’ll receive a detailed report of findings.
Can’t I do maintenance myself?
While you should change filters monthly, professional maintenance requires specialized tools and expertise. DIY attempts can void warranties and miss critical issues.
Is maintenance really necessary for new systems?
Yes, even new systems need maintenance to maintain warranty coverage and achieve rated efficiency. Skipping maintenance can void your warranty.
What if problems are found during maintenance?
