How quickly can you come?
We understand that HVAC issues are urgent. Our team schedules service promptly and works efficiently to diagnose and resolve problems as soon as possible. Availability can vary depending on the season and parts needed, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Do I need to be home?
Yes, someone 18+ must be present for service. We’ll call 30 minutes before arrival.
How long will service take?
Most repairs: 1-2 hours. Installations: 1 day. Maintenance: 45-60 minutes. We’ll give you an estimate when scheduling.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, call us at least 2 hours before your appointment to reschedule without any fees.
What if I'm a Comfort Club member?
Mention your membership when scheduling for priority service and to ensure your discounts apply.
Do you service my area?
We service all of Coastal Georgia within 50 miles of Pooler, including Savannah, Statesboro, Hinesville, and surrounding communities. Not sure if you’re in range? Call us and we’ll confirm.
